These terms and conditions are designed to enhance your e-shopping experience and make it as easy and secure as possible. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please note, the terms and conditions may change at any time. Do not use this website if you do not agree with the terms and conditions. If you have any queries relating to the terms and conditions, please feel free to get in touch before placing an order.

Return / Refund Policy

All items are made to order and therefore a refund can only be given if the item is faulty. If you would like to exchange your item, please get in touch within 10 days of receipt to arrange for it to be returned and exchanged. It must be returned in its original, unworn condition.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

When purchasing a ring, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size.

If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch within seven days of receiving it to arrange a refund/exchange.

If you would like to return or exchange an item please email info@sallypawson.co.uk with your name, address, details of the product and the problem, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

As the customer you have full responsibility for the item until it is received. It is therefore recommended that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. If you are returning an item for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing notification of faults was received within 7 days of receipt). In order to return a product it must be carefully repackaged, packed in its original wrapping and/or boxes and be unworn. Any items not sent with these specifications will no be refunded/exchanged and will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

Any refunds will be issued within 28 days of receipt of the return.

Late and Lost Deliveries

If your delivery has been delayed, then please get in touch and you will be provided with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail. Items that are lost cannot be refunded or replaced until 20 working days after the date of dispatch - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost. ‘sally pawson’ cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Prices

Goods are charged at the price shown on the website on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Feedback and Complaints

Customer feedback is gratefully received and will allow the best possible service to be offered. Any complaints will be dealt with promptly.

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS,' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER. NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
